Liev Schreiber and Helen Hunt are teaming to star in "Every Day," a drama from Richard Levine. Levine wrote and will make his feature directorial debut with the film which begins shooting in New York this month.
Variety reports that Schreiber and Hunt play a couple whose marriage is strained to the breaking point. Produced by Miranda Bailey and Matthew Leutwyler through Ambush Entertainment, the film is financed through Ambush's financing arm, Cold Iron Pictures.
Ambush's recent credits include "The Squid and the Whale" which also treated the subject of marital discord. It was nominated for an original screenplay Oscar in 2006 for writer-director Noah Baumbach.
Levine has previously written and directed episodes of "Nip/Tuck."
