James Cameron has confirmed he's working on a book version of "Avatar." The Wall Street Journal reports that at a reception on Tuesday night in New York, the director confirmed speculation that he's turning the nine-time Oscar-nominated film into a novel. "There are things you can do in books that you can't do with films," said Cameron.
Cameron said the book will follow the film version "quite closely" in terms of the plot, but will also include "interior monologues" and provide details about the characters and Pandora.
