'How I Ended this Summer' takes top BFI London Film Festival honor (HWT)

The BFI London Film Festival announced its winners on Wednesday evening with Alexei Popogrebsky's "How I Ended this Summer" taking the top prize.
The jury also gave a special commendation to Joanna Hogg's "Archipelago" while Clio Barnard took the Best British Newcomer award for her direction of "The Arbor." She was also awarded the Sutherland Award which goes to the director of the most original and imaginative feature debut in the Festival.
The Grierson Award for best documentary went to "Armadillo," directed by Janus Metz.
As previously announced, Danny Boyle was awarded the BFI Fellowship.
