'Client 9': Former Emperor's Club madam to appear on Monday's 'View' (HWT)

Just ahead of the release of "Client 9: The Rise and Fall of Elliot Spitzer," Cecil (Cece) Suwal, the former madam of the Emperors Club, will visit ABC's "The View" on Monday, Nov. 1.
Suwal is interviewed in Oscar-winning director Alex Gibney's documentary which opens in New York on Nov. 5 and in cities around the country on Nov. 12, courtesy of Magnolia Pictures.
With unique access to the escort world as well as friends, colleagues and enemies of former Governor Spitzer -- not to mention Spitzer himself -- the film explores the hidden contours of a tale of hubris, sex, and power.
